To best prepare you for the Academy, we compiled these documents to help you focus and prepare for the overall mission of the Academy. Physically, mentally, and morally you will be challenged and you will be ready to succeed as long as you have the right mindset and a strong drive.

Regardless of your previous athletic experience or workout habits, the Academy demands a different level of strength and endurance. A well balanced approach that includes both a strong cardio portion and a strength portion will best prepare you for plebe summer and the academic year. We have composed workouts that we feel best prepares you for your time at the Academy.
THE PROGRAMS BELOW ARE BROKEN INTO THE FOLLOWING FOUR CATEGORIES:
1. MALE WITH WORKOUT EXPERIENCE
2. MALE WITH LIMITED WORKOUT EXPERIENCE
3. FEMALE WITH WORKOUT EXPERIENCE
4. FEMALE WITH LIMITED WORKOUT EXPERIENCE
The programs are a 6 week progressive training program that will not only prepare you for the testing of the USNA but also for the physical and mental challenges that will be placed upon you during your time spent in the United States Navy. This program was designed by a professional strength and conditioning coach and is curtailed to the incoming freshman (candidate). Maintaining a well balanced diet is key in aiding your workout plan. The results you are going to get are based on 80% of what you eat, depending on your metabolism. We have included a nutrition plan to go along with preparing for plebe summer, and staying in shape while at the Academy.
